Young Eco-Heroes of the Philippines
I was reading this post, Finding Nemo, seaweed, and condoms on a small tropical island, on Gristmill about the author attending a conference held in Cebu. He goes on to talk about the amazing experience he had while snorkeling in the Gilutongan Marine Sanctuary.
