Telecenters
Found an article via Digital Filipino about Telecenters. It states:
Telecenters are either government, private or non-government organizations (NGOs) that seek to provide Internet facilities where citizens can access the Interneta at no or minimal cost.
And from what I understand it is more directed to communities with little or no access to information and communication technology (ICT).
This is the first time I have come across this term. I knew there were projects like this but I didn’t know they had a specific term for them.
